Hotel provided a complimentary upgrade which helped with my rating since the upgraded room was spacious and on a high floor with a nice city view. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety but had the basics which were enough and what was expected for the low price of the breakfast. Overall the hotel was decent and a VFM option.

As you fly into Abu Dhabi International Airport, it’s probably good to know that the vast array of streets with multiple names is best negotiated by landmarks rather than exact addresses. And you won’t be short of landmarks since this fast-growing metropolis is packed with tourist attractions.

Things are rapidly changing in a positive direction, and in general, Abu Dhabi is a charming place. I always feel at peace there. The people are so friendly, too. It's different from what I'm used to seeing in other capital cities, where life is fast-paced and challenging. I genuinely love the culture and ambiance in Abu Dhabi.

After seeing Dubai My perception about Abu dhabi was same like Dubai but it is not . It is more of industries n commerce city thn a tourist place .. certainly if any one wants to explore Abu dhabi thn a day round trip from Dubai is advisable with a must visit yass island .. there is nothing in abu dabhi as such … mosque is what they say and the mandir but overnight stay dsnt make sense there unless you stay at yass island. So if you are planning abu dabhi then you can very well book resorts in yass island and explore ferrari world and sea water fishes and warner brothers … but vibes are not as good as Dubai..

Very safe and clean. A lot of things to do and see.
Very safe and clean. A lot of things to do and see. Much cheaper than we thought it would be. Even the city is new and modern, it has a history to tell. Great shopping and dining experience. We loved Qasar Al Watan, Grand Mosque, Louvre, mangroves. We also did a lot of walking, swimming in the sea and visited shopping malls.
Would love to return in 10 years to see how this beautiful city develops.

While Dubai often takes the spotlight, Abu Dhabi is the largest emirate, covering around 80% of the landmass and is a captivating city with a rich tapestry of experiences and attractions.
I enjoyed staying at a plethora of luxury hotels, visiting designer boutiques (with flagship stores of sought-after designer brands) and the opulent shopping malls. What was also striking is the buzz of the Abu Dhabi at night and the myriad places of affordable international cuisine from all over the world. It doesn’t have to be a cash drain city if you do not want it to be.
Abu Dhabi boasts of world-class attractions. I had to visit some of the thrilling rides at Yas Island’s Warner Bros World, Ferrari World or the Waterpark and the architectural marvel of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Emirates Palace and the Louvre. There’s definitely something for everyone to do!
I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Abu dhabi .This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Abu dhabi ...
Special thanks who assist me in reception

Overall, I had a great experience 😍🥰😘
Such great value. Truly a 5 star hotel on a budget. The staff were attentive, kind, and the facilities were great. My room was very spacious and the bed, very comfortable. In fact, I left for an evening to stay at the Intercontinental (5-Star Hotel) and it cost me 2x as much. I liked the Southern Sun so much more that I returned the next time and stayed here for the duration of my trip. I'll probably always book here whenever I visit Abu Dhabi again.
The hotel met my expectation as my main reason to stay in Abu Dhabi was the concert at ethiad arena which is in a walking distance.
The room was quite big, even we requested extra bed beside the master bed.
The only thing the main entrance of the hotel was poor, direction is confusing.
Breakfast was good enough but coffee machines were broken.
Rice was amazing, and actually all worked for me and my family for a 1 night stay.
The bathroom was great, the room was average size and they had bathrobes for the guests. The breakfast was really good, there was a wide variety of options and they have a pancake and waffle station. The TV has English TV channels, and lots in different languages so there is something for everyone to watch. The staff on the front desk and the valet team are very helpful. the hotel is stood for a short stay/business stay.
Great location with a great view of the Yas Marina Circuit from our room. There are other hotels in the complex with a free shuttle bus around Yas Island attractions which makes it easy to get around. All staff were polite and friendly. Great service from the waiting staff. The Rangoli indian restaurant is one of the best I've been to for Indian food. Rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced daily.
The staff is very kind and helpful. Special thanks to « Winta » at the reception with whom we had a Quick and smooth check in &out.
We received a complimentary room upgrade.
The suite is spacious, comfortable and clean.
Breakfast is great although the space could be bigger.
Location is perfect.
One of the fewest hotels in Abu Dhabi offering free parking.
I stayed there for a month since I wanted a place near to SSMC. Great location if you plan to visit/ work in SSMC (4min from the hotel to the parking lot at SSMC). Very far from the center of Abu Dhabi. The staff were all nice, starting from the receptionists, to the cleaners. “Heshan” took care cleaning my room, and he did exceptional.
Room size was good, conveniently located at terminal 1 and easily accessible from Terminal 3. Staff was really helpful and catered for our requests. We had a transit of 14 hours and got the room for 12 hours, its one of the cheapest airport hotels with flexible hours of booking room as per your transit.
The location of the hotel is central between Yas Island and Abu Dhabi. It is our favourite hotel in Abu Dhabi to spend a weekend away from home. The friendly staff, breakfast, facilities and clean rooms are the best! The beds are very comfortable and rooms are large and spacious.
One of the first modern hotels in Abu Dhabi, built in early 1970ties. You’re feeling yourself a part of the heritage of the city, its development. Nevertheless, it’s a very cute and comfortable. The personell really helpful and does its best 24/7 to improve your stay.
Staff helped us with night arrival and advices about breakfast. Suggested us better room for our company (2 adults with kid). The room was cheaper and much larger than in the most hotels in Abu Dhabi (for this price segment).
Apartment was really nice, large and comfort. Staff was very kind. It is good connected to public station.I really recomend this hotel.
For sure we will choose this hotel again when we come back in Abu Dhabi.
It was a great time we had. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Park zoo is wonderful for kids and adults also. If I plan to visit Abu Dhabi again I exactly will choose this Hotel.
The hotel was ok but one of the rooms the tv wasn’t working or the kettle callled reception but due to his understanding of English nothing was sorted so kids were very unhappy
The hotel 🏨 is one of the best hotels for me in Abu Dhabi , good location 📍 for in and out the capital, everything near you , the staff is great and helpful
One of the most beautiful hotels in Abu Dhabi.. The staff of the hotel is distinguished and the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities are very excellent..
